No separate call-out fee. The first hour covers travel to you and diagnosis; after that, time is charged per half hour.

Do prices include parts?

Labour rates exclude parts and materials. We'll tell you the cost of any parts before fitting them.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices shown are what you pay. If anything changes we'll confirm it before booking.

How can I pay?

Card, bank transfer and most contactless payments are accepted on completion. Larger installations may require a deposit.

Do you charge for parking or congestion?

If paid parking or the Congestion Charge applies, we'll tell you when you book.
